Junior QA Automation Engineer at BairesDev

Build and maintain quality assurance processes while developing your testing skills in a collaborative environment. This role focuses on learning QA best practices, executing test cases, and growing your expertise in software quality assurance under the guidance of experienced QA professionals.

- Execute test cases and document test results under guidance from senior QA engineers.

- Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects and verify software functionality.

- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and report issues.

- Learn and apply testing methodologies and quality assurance best practices.

- Support the creation and maintenance of test documentation and test data.

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.

What We Are Looking For:

- 1+ year of experience in software quality assurance or testing.

- Basic understanding of testing methodologies and QA principles.

- Familiarity with bug tracking systems and test management tools.

- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and testing processes.

- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.

- Advanced level of English.
