Low-Level Systems Engineer (C/C++ & Linux) at BairesDev

As a Low-Level Systems Engineer, you will develop and optimize core software layers that interface directly with hardware and operating systems. You will align software execution with underlying hardware capabilities, ensuring maximum performance, low latency, and efficient resource utilization.

- Design and implement highly optimized systems software and components.

- Develop low-level software abstractions, device drivers, or hardware interfaces.

- Diagnose and resolve complex operating system and kernel-level performance bottlenecks.

- Benchmark and profile code to ensure minimal memory footprint and execution overhead.

- Collaborate with architectural teams to define low-level systems requirements and specifications.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on low-level systems and embedded programming.

- Advanced proficiency in C and C++ programming languages.

- Deep understanding of Linux systems programming and kernel development.

- Strong knowledge of hardware abstractions and embedded systems architectures.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
