Machine Learning Data Scientist at BairesDev As a Machine Learning Data Scientist, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced analytical models to solve complex business problems. You will translate raw data into actionable insights, driving data-informed decision-making and enhancing predictive capabilities across the organization. - Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment. - Conduct thorough statistical analysis and exploratory data analysis to uncover underlying data patterns. - Perform robust data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering to ensure high-quality inputs for modeling. - Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and continuously optimize algorithms for scalability and accuracy. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate predictive models into production systems and business workflows. What we are looking for: - 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. - Proven expertise in developing, testing, and deploying machine learning models. - Advanced proficiency in programming with Python and utilizing the scikit-learn ecosystem. - Strong background in data cleaning, statistical analysis, and exploratory data analysis. - Advanced proficiency in English.
