Release Engineer (Java & Spinnaker) at BairesDev

As a Release Engineer specializing in Java & Spinnaker, you will streamline and optimize our software delivery process, ensuring reliable and frequent deployments. You will act as the vital link between development teams and production environments, establishing robust deployment workflows that mitigate risk and accelerate time-to-market.

- Design, build, and maintain automated continuous delivery pipelines to ensure consistent and reliable software releases.

- Standardize and optimize build infrastructure and environment management across development, staging, and production.

- Drive the migration of legacy release methodologies toward modern, automated deployment frameworks and workflows.

- Coordinate with software development and operations teams to manage risk, handle dependencies, and establish reliable rollback procedures.

- Enhance system delivery speed and stability by continuously monitoring pipeline performance and removing deployment bottlenecks.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in Release Engineering, DevOps, or Software Engineering.

- Proven expertise in building and automating deployment pipelines using Spinnaker.

- Strong proficiency in Java development environments and ecosystem build tools.

- Solid understanding of CI/CD practices, continuous delivery workflows, and release automation.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
