Scrum Master (Agile & Kanban) at BairesDev

As a Scrum Master, you will serve as a facilitator and coach for our engineering squads, promoting a culture of collaboration, transparency, and high performance. You will act as a catalyst for efficiency, helping teams optimize their workflows and deliver maximum value to our clients.

- Guide and coach the team in adopting and refining framework practices.

- Facilitate key team ceremonies to ensure alignment, focus, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Identify, track, and proactively eliminate blockers and external distractions that impede progress.

- Leverage delivery metrics and visual indicators to optimize workflow and team velocity.

- Shield the team from operational disruptions while fostering autonomy and continuous improvement.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.

- Deep understanding and proven expertise in Scrum and Kanban frameworks.

- Strong experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and fostering continuous team improvement.

- Excellent coaching, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
