Agentic RAG Engineer at BairesDev As an Agentic RAG Engineer, you will design and develop advanced autonomous AI systems that leverage retrieval-augmented generation. You will spearhead the integration of intelligent agents with sophisticated data retrieval mechanisms, empowering our applications with highly context-aware and independent reasoning capabilities. - Architect and deploy end-to-end Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to improve data retrieval precision. - Build and optimize autonomous AI agents capable of executing multi-step workflows and complex tasks. - Design data indexing and search strategies utilizing vector databases for efficient knowledge retrieval. - Integrate large language models into enterprise infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy. - Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to embed agentic capabilities into existing products. What we are looking for: - 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or AI Engineering. - Proven expertise in designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. - Strong proficiency in agentic orchestration and building autonomous AI workflows. - Deep understanding of vector databases and large language models (LLMs). - Advanced proficiency in English.
