AI Orchestration Engineer at BairesDev

As an AI Orchestration Engineer, you will design and implement the intelligent coordination layer for advanced AI systems. You will connect foundational machine learning models with production environments, enabling autonomous agents to execute complex, multi-step tasks efficiently.

- Design and architect complex workflows for autonomous AI agents.

- Develop the orchestration layer to coordinate multiple generative AI models.

- Implement robust state management and reasoning patterns for intelligent systems.

- Integrate AI agent workflows into existing enterprise applications and systems.

- Optimize the performance, latency, and reliability of deployed AI workflows.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or AI Engineering.

- Proven expertise in agentic orchestration and generative AI applications.

- Strong background in designing, developing, and deploying AI agent workflows.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
