Business Analyst Trainee at BairesDev Begin your career as a Business Analyst Trainee, where you'll learn the basics of business analysis, including gathering and interpreting data, understanding business processes, and problem-solving. This role provides a foundation for understanding how to translate business needs into actionable insights under the mentorship of experienced analysts. What you will do - Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements under the supervision of senior analysts. - Learn and apply basic analytical methods to understand business processes and data. - Support in conducting market research and analyzing industry trends. - Help in creating basic reports and presentations to communicate findings and insights. - Collaborate with various teams to understand business needs and challenges. - Gain familiarity with business analysis tools and software used within the organization.
