DevOps Engineer (Staff ) at BairesDev

As a Staff DevOps Engineer, you'll shape infrastructure strategy and set the highest standards for reliability and automation practices. You'll solve complex infrastructure challenges, define architectural patterns, and mentor technical leaders in building scalable, high-performance systems.

- Define technical strategy and direction for infrastructure automation and cloud architecture.

- Design and implement large-scale infrastructure solutions for complex systems.

- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve reliability, security, and operational efficiency.

- Mentor and guide senior engineers in advanced DevOps practices and architectural thinking.

- Evaluate emerging infrastructure technologies and establish technical standards.

- Collaborate with leadership to align infrastructure roadmaps with business objectives.

What We Are Looking For:

- 6+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or site reliability.

- Expert-level knowledge of cloud platforms, infrastructure-as-code, and automation frameworks.

- Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale infrastructure solutions.

- Strong leadership skills with ability to influence technical direction across teams.

- Deep expertise in containerization, orchestration, observability, and security practices.

- Advanced level of English.
