UX Designer (Design Systems & Figma) at BairesDev

As a UX Designer specializing in Design Systems, you will lead the creation and evolution of scalable framework architectures that unify product experiences. You will serve as the connective tissue between design vision and front-end engineering, ensuring visual consistency and operational efficiency across the entire digital portfolio.

- Architect, scale, and maintain a comprehensive ecosystem of UI component libraries and interaction patterns.

- Establish centralized design guidelines, governance models, and documentation to streamline product development workflows.

- Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure precise code implementation and seamless token translation.

- Champion standard usability principles and accessible user interface structures throughout product cycles.

- Conduct regular system audits to identify optimization areas and ensure cross-platform experience alignment.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in UX Design or a related field.

- Proven expertise in creating and maintaining scalable design systems.

- Advanced proficiency in Figma for designing user experiences.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design solutions and UI component libraries.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
