As a Training Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs with a focus on delivering an excellent user experience and maximizing the perceived value of the software.

You will act as a technical and strategic reference for the training team, ensuring the creation, scalability, and continuous evolution of content that meets customer needs. This includes leveraging interactive and video-based learning experiences to drive user engagement, adoption, and long-term retention.

You will also enable training specialists and stakeholders to effectively replicate knowledge in alignment with Customer Success best practices and user engagement strategies.

About the Role

As a Training Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs with a focus on delivering an excellent user experience and maximizing the perceived value of the software.

You will act as a technical and strategic reference for the training team, ensuring the creation, scalability, and continuous evolution of content that meets customer needs. This includes leveraging interactive and video-based learning experiences to drive user engagement, adoption, and long-term retention.

You will also enable training specialists and stakeholders to effectively replicate knowledge in alignment with Customer Success best practices and user engagement strategies.

Main Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver online training on the use of software for customers and internal teams;

- Act as a technical reference for the team, providing support and guidance on the use of the company's products;

- Create scripts, develop content, and produce teaching materials for training, courses, workshops, and lectures;

- Design and produce interactive learning experiences, including video-based content (tutorials, walkthroughs, microlearning, and on-demand training), to enhance user engagement and retention;

- Plan and adapt content for different formats and channels (LMS, webinars, in-app guidance, video platforms), ensuring consistency across the user journey;

- Assess the technical capacity of partners and instructors in order to certify them to provide training on the software;

- Plan logistics and schedule training sessions, allocating necessary resources such as instructors, materials, and equipment;

- Monitor participant progress and engagement, providing feedback and insights;

- Track and analyze training performance metrics (completion rates, engagement, retention, and content effectiveness), using data to continuously improve learning strategies;

- Collect feedback on training programs and identify opportunities for improvement in materials and methodologies;

- Be a reference in knowledge and usability of multiple products at Cyncly;

- Multiply content in scalable formats, enabling instructors to replicate knowledge effectively;

- Update training content whenever there are new functionalities or software updates;

- Collaborate with Support and Customer Success teams to align training strategies with customer demands;

- Train instructors and less technical colleagues, ensuring consistency and quality of training delivery;

- Experiment with new engagement formats (e.g., interactive videos, quizzes, simulations, live sessions) to improve knowledge retention and user adoption.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Full university degree or credential in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering or related areas;

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner to a variety of audiences;

- Ability to build relationships, promoting a positive and collaborative learning environment;

- Advanced English (C1+);

- Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities and adapting to change.

- Experience with e-learning platforms, LMS and educational content creation tools;

- Ability to manage training projects, from planning to delivery and evaluation of results.
