Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the face of the company, managing client relationships from day one post-sales.
- Handle client communications via phone, Zoom calls, and email.
- Understand and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing campaigns.
- Address client concerns and provide solutions confidently and calmly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to transfer client information and feedback.
- Manage a portfolio of 15 to 20 clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify upselling opportunities and facilitate the upsell process.
- Educate clients and push back when necessary to ensure mutual success.
- Maintain responsiveness and proactive communication with clients.
Requisitos
- Proven experience in account management or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of marketing agency operations, including lead generation.
- Experience working with US-based companies or clients.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Go High Level) and project management tools (Asana, Slack).
- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and be a team player.
- A high level of professionalism and confidence in front of the camera.
